In looking at the code, the only possibility of the link not being present is if the post itself is missing or there is some plugin that is changing the permalink via the post_link filter.

but why some notifications contain all links and some not? If the problem was what you say, you correct me if I’m wrong, should do the same forever and instead is not so!

I can tell you for a fact that these emails are not coming from Postie as these are all in Italian, and Postie does not have translations for the notification emails. Also the format is incorrect for the Postie notification.
You must have another plugin that sends them.
