Link Categories

When I go onto my admin page, then under Links and Link Categories. None of my categories are showing up. It indicates that I have 7 items, but none show up.
When I try to add a new Link category, it will temporarily add it but not permanently save it.
Also, if I try to add a category that I used to have, it indicates a term with that name already exists.
