Line Length in Email Posting

I finally got the post by email to work…cron is ok and posts are showing up. The problem I’m having is that I get what appear to be random ‘line breaks’ on the actual blog.

Is there a specific line length that needs to be set in order for it to be posted correctly? Or any other suggestions?
