Limit post search functions

I would like to be able to limit a user’s ability to view other posts on my site in the admin panel. Meaning – if one of my users logs in to the admin section they are only able to view their posts (currently they can view “mine”, “all”, “published” and “trash” but I only want them to be able to view “mine”.

Any suggestions? Hopefully there is a plugin out there that I’m just not aware of yet.
