I am sorry, but there is only support for pro version users. If you are a pro version user, please reply to the pro version activation instructions to get support. There is an extensive FAQ, which might help you solve your problem or answer your question.
Why would I pay for something that isn’t working properly?
I can also ask why should I support something that is free. As a matter of fact I did support this plugin for almost three years, but got tired of answering the same questions over and over again and most often not even getting a “thank you”.
