Lightbox not working

    The lightbox plugin isn’t working on galleries. I can see the data-attributes being assigned to href tag but upon clicking it just takes me to the image url and not showing the lightbox.

    I can provide, url and logins privately.

    Any ideas?

    Hi, please ensure your site and settings meet SLB’s simple requirements. You can also check if other plugins are conflicting with SLB.

    If you are still experiencing an issue, please provide a link to a page that exhibits the issue you are experiencing and I would be glad to take a closer look. No login information should be required.

    Hi Archetyped, thansk for getting back to me!

    Yep just double checked the simple requirments and they match. Just disabled all plugins but still getting the same issue. Also changed theme but still having an issue.

    The website is behind a login, whats the best way to get these login details to you? Twitter dm?

    After futher investigation i noticed it throws this warning every so often “Resource interpreted as Document but transferred with MIME type image/jpeg:”. Could this be part of the problem?

    Can you please clarify what you mean by “the website is behind a login”? If you are referring to a HTTP authentication login, then that is likely blocking SLB from loading completely, as noted on SLB’s Requirements page.
