Hi,
This problem might be a conflict with another plugin on your website.
Please try to deactivate the rest of your plugins and check whether the problem persists then as well.
Also, if possible, please temporarily switch the theme of your website and see if the issue occurs.
You can re-activate the plugins and change the theme back again after troubleshooting.
Please inform us of the results.

I disabled every plugin,
I choose a different theme (twenty seventeen),
Deleted cache,
The problem still exists, loop option works perfectly when i click on next, previous buttons, but doesn’t work with the keyboards left, right buttons.
I did those changes in my localhost but you can see the same results the link i have sent in my previous comment.

Please note that I have checked again and now Lightbox works properly with keywords.

The problem continues,
The problem was not Ligtbox not working with keys. If you click the first picture from gallery and open the lightbox, and click the previous button with mouse, what is the expected behaviour? It should bring you the last image of the gallery, right? Yes, when you click previous button with mouse it brings you to the last image as expected, but keyboard left button doesn’t! And ofcourse when you reach at the end of the gallery lightbox opened with the keyboard, right button doesn’t allow to pass the first image (doesn’t loop as expected)

As you can see in the following screenshot there is an error in the Console tab, which is probably a conflict between the other Plugins and Theme. However, please note that you can change the images via left and right keywords, now the issue is that when you turning the images via keywords the images are not being turned correctly, i.e. they do not reach to the last image, they turning randomly and stop at one image. Please try to deactivate other Plugins and change the Theme and check whether these errors are there or not.
