• I am having a problem getting lightbox to work. I have installed Nextgen gallery, lightbox 2 and even Add Lightbox plugin as recommended. The gallery is working just fine, but when I click on the thumbnails, they do not have that snazzy lightbox effect that I so desperately want.
I have read many of the support info for this and did everything that people suggested but for some reason its still not working.
    What am I doing wrong?

  • I’m not entirely sure. Looking at your HTML source it seems lightbox.js is referred to like this:

    <script type=”text/javascript” src=”lightbox.js”></script>

Seems like that suggests that lightbox.js should be located in your illustration/ directory…

On my site the Lightbox plugin I use is Lightbox JS v2.03.2 Plugin by Peppe Argento. The lightbox.js script is stored in the plugin directory, and the script tag links into the directory to find it. It works pretty well. If that’s not the one you’re using maybe you should switch.

Looks like it works now, in both IE and FF.

There appears to be a problem with the header though.
