libel

the website http://nycantifa.wordpress.com/ is currently engaged in libel against me, Alex Riadtchikov. THey are spreading lies about me and there is nobody for me to take to court for libel because nobody has their name on the website because it is being published by wordpress.

Please either tell the people running this site to either take my name down or if they do not comply take their entire website down yourselves.

As the publishers of this libelous material wordpress is currently the one responsible for damaging my reputation and they will the company I sue to have this slander taken down if you do not handle it yourselves.

what they are doing does not constitute free speech and clearly falls under our laws for libel as they have no proof that I am a member of NATA or hold any of the views they claim I hold.

I have also told them that these these things are not true. Since they now know that what they are publishing are both lies and damaging it fits the criteria of libel.

Please resolve this legal matter soon so I will not have to waste my lawyers time.
