Hi heidimedina74,
Sorry but I cannot access your lesson URL above (even the course page).
Can you show me a screenshot in the backend editor and the lesson frontend view?
Regards,
Ken
Hi Ken,
Sorry about that. Here’s a link to screenshots of the finished product and the backend showing what it should look like.

Thanks Heidi for the info.
Please give me some more time to check. Seems there is a conflict with another plugin.
I will keep you an update soon.

Ken
Hummm, guess I’ll start checking more of the plugins. I’ve already had to disabled Optin Cat for Mailchimp because it was causing issues. Seems like Learnpress doesn’t work so well with popular plugins. Please let me know what you find out.
Thanks
Heidi
Hi Heidi,
I checked with those plugins and didn’t see the conflict.
Must be another plugin.
In this case I will need to check your site more carefully so I can find out the reason why.
Regards,
Ken
My site is having the exact same problem.
I discovered an issue on mine. I use the Highend WordPress theme and for individual lessons in Learnpress if I enable comments the formatting looks good but the overall page gives me some errors including
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare hb_format_comment() (previously declared in /home1/learnht1/public_html/wp-content/themes/HighendWP/comments.php:123) in /home1/learnht1/public_html/wp-content/themes/HighendWP/comments.php on line 169
If I disable the comments the error goes away but the formatting doesn’t stay.
Problem found. The Yoast SEO plugin is causing the formatting issues. Now I have to choose which plugin is more important to me, although I need them both.
Any way around this Ken?
Hi guys,
I checked with Yoast SEO, yes, we have a conflict with this plugin.
Our team is working to fix it. Hope it can be done soon. I will let you know.
Regards,
Ken
