    Please try adding the below CSS into your Optin Cat form or your theme style.css

    .easy-opt-in-widget{
padding:0 !important;
	margin:0!important;
}

.easy-opt-in-widget .fca_eoi_layout_4 div{

	text-align:left !important;
}
