Learnpress Extremely SLOW

    Learnpress plugin and all its related functions on our website is slowing to a crawl. All other pages of our website are fast -only our Learnpress pages are slow.

    Our website has been live for 2 years with 2500 users with only 23 courses with 1 lesson and 1 quiz for each course and only 10 questions.

    1. Accessing lp-profile after login is very slow.
    2. Clicking between tabs in lp-profile extremely slow
    3. Launching courses and quizzes very slow.
    4. QUIZ SPEED: It is taking upwards of 1 minute in-between quiz questions.
    5. Finishing courses is very slow.

    These tables are rapidly growing in our database:
    learnpress_user_itemmeta = 44 MiB
    postmeta = 32.1 MiB
    usermeta = 12.15 MiB
    learnpress_order_itemmeta = 11.4 MiB
    learnpress_user_items = 10.4 MiB

    We have updated to the latest version of WP, theme, and all plugins, optimized the database, optimized images, installed caching, increased our hosting to the highest level and STILL Learnpress is slow and pulling huge resources to make database pulls.

    I have paid and contacted Learnpress support and they are of NO help!

    Please- if anyone else is having speed issues – what have you done?
