Layout lost after deactivate/reactivate

    Hi,
    I am new to GeoDirectory. I am currently playing with it.

    What I have noticed is that, when I deactivated the plugin and afterwards the Directory_Starter theme and then reactivated them in the same order, I have lost the layout elements (widgets). I had to place them again for both the homepage and the listing page.

    Is this normal?

    Hi,

    whenever you activate a new theme, menus and widgets are re-set, thi is how wordpress works.
