tif is not a browser friendly file format. Try saving the image as something else and see what happens.
I tried using a JPG image last night however the image ended up being very wonky and didnt not fit into the space.
Right now the only image in your header is a repeating shadow. If there is a different image that you are trying to use, we need to be able to see it to know what the problem is.

I’m not sure what it is supposed to look like, but the most obvious problem I see is that the image is 292 pixels high, and the header div is only 216 pixels.
This is werid. I cant get it to cover the whole area.
You need to change the height of the header div to match the height of the image.
