Layered Navigation Widget troubleshooting

    Hi, I’m using the layered navigation widget but i got some troubleshooting. If set the Land attribute to OR statement. If i navigate to a category (like white wine) the widget with the setting to OR display also attribute that has no products in it. The widgets with settings to AND works properly, they do not display attributes that are not relevant. After the update to worpdress 4.1 this problem was showing up. Even a Woocommerce update doesn’t help.

    I get this issue with the default theme twenty fourteen. Could anybody help me with this issue?
