Hi,
You can visit Appearance > Customizer > Latest News section to change the section title.
And for the posts, the carousel takes the number of posts defined by the user at Settings > Reading.

Hi,
I have noticed that despite settings->reading–>10 posts limit, the latest news carousel doesn’t rotate left or right (even though it has arrows and should show older posts), I can only see 4 posts maximum.
Any thoughts on that?

It could be possible that a plugin that you’re using is conflicting with the latest news carousel of our theme. Try to deactivate suspected plugins to see what’s causing this issue. 🙂

Great tip! it was “jQuery Smooth Scroll” plugin. I deactivated it and now it works fine.
i want to delete the subheading from latest news section please help me out.

Unfortunately the theme doesn’t support this customization and as much as I would love to help with some custom code, this is beyond the support offered for the free products, which consist in bug fixing and theme documentation.
