Latency spikes and duplicate orders

Hi !

Thanks for this awesome plugin, it globally is a really powerful tool.

But I have 2 issues that probably are linked together.
– Latency spikes every hour (1:09PM, 2:09PM, etc …) as you can see on the graph
– When the cache has been running for too long, the sites sometimes returns a redis database connection issue
– We get duplicate orders sometimes because when customer click on “place order” it stays buffering for too long but the order do go through so they reload the page and click again

Can you help me on those issues ?
Or give me some tips on how to troubleshot them ?
