Language Interface of the Plugin

Dear Brandon,

I’ve noticed that on some blogs the plugin UI on the front end displays in English and in other instances it is being auto translated by Google to the users local language.

Do you have any information on how the plugin is affected by browser settings in terms of language settings for the key fields.

I have a scenario in Germany where English is being displayed but all the Chrome and G+ settings are in German.
