Depending on the language you need (if there’s a translation available for it), it should be automatic based on the language you have WordPress set up for. I haven’t worked with that much (I’m not the original developer, so haven’t worked with ever line of code yet), but based on everything I’ve read, it should be automatic.

Here’s an option:

That plugin allows you to change just the language of plugins.
There’s another option that I want to look into, I’ll see if I can get it to work and report back, but in the meantime, I think the above plugin might be a solid option.
