    Hello,

i found a bug it seems belonging to your plugin. In the shop we have the possibility to send to a post station in the additional shipping address section.

When loading the checkout the label “Straße” (street) is set correctly for shipping_address_1 as you can see here: https://ibb.co/ng8758P

If a customer chooses to send to a post station, the same field shipping_address_1 is used and the customer can enter a post ID and the label changes correctly to “Poststation/Filiale” (post station) as you can see here: https://ibb.co/xSp4217

But now if the customer changes his/her mind and switch back to the first choice (Privatadresse) in the dropdown (see first screenshot) the label for shipping_address_1 stuck on the post station and won’t change back to “Straße” as it should be. Screenshot here: https://ibb.co/8mkQcmH

So in easy words, the field label and placeholder for shipping_address_1 is not updated if switching back the options in the dropdown. If i deactivate your plugin all works as expected. The feature for the post station comes from Woocommerce Germanized and i was also asking their support and they could confirm that issue belongs to the flexible checkout fields.

Do you have an idea or hopefully a fix for that?

    Kind regards, Alex

    Hello @alexqbox

Our plugin is compatible with the latest versions of WooCommerce but we cannot guarantee that it will also be compatible with other plugins. We do not recommend using multiple plugins that change the checkout fields at the same time.

It looks like the Germanized plugin is using conditional logic. Our plugin also uses conditional logic but not in the FREE version.

    Hello @tomaszwp,

Germanized is not a typical checkout editor but it offers the possibility to send to a post station and yes therefore it’s using conditional logic on the dropdown. We have the pro version of your plugin installed. No issues at all except this one. The label changes correctly at the first point but won’t change back. Is there no way to fix that? An idea for a custom code or what i could check or change to make it happen?

    Thanks!

    Hello @alexqbox

I understand. But that does not change the fact that two plugins handle this field at the same time. Our plugin offers support for WooCommerce but we cannot guarantee that it will be compatible with other plugins as well.
Their conditional logic changes the field parameters (like the label) – not the entire field. Our plugin does not support something like this.
