This issue has been resolved in version 1.0.2
Posting only in an additional language is not handled correctly. The main language’s title has to be entered
Dates are not always localized
This issue is not related to WPGlobus, and easily resolved by installing all necessary WordPress language packs. Can be done by switching the interface to another language (Settings – General).
Note that if WP_DEBUG is true, you may have a problem doing that. There is a bug in WP 4.1, see https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/31319
like the plugin, but this not working very well when the shortcode caught my thema, appears for example:
{pt} Lifting with crane type munck and transport Skimmer Reel {:} {:} en Ingles {:}
I am using a translator, sorry for my english
Olá Gustavo – I am not sure what happens exactly
The string should look like
{:pt}Portuguese{:}{:en}Ingles{:}
– then WPGlobus should take the correct part, depending on the current URL prefix.
Please share more details.
Obrigado!

thanks, Obrigado !!
Yes, I see it. We do not have the “Zelos” theme handy, so I cannot tell you for sure what are they using there, and how to fix that quickly.
Sorry for this. Unfortunately, during the BETA stage, such things might happen. We will try to cover all possible situations, but it might take some time – especially when we speak about paid themes of plugins, for which we do not even have the source.
If you write a note to the Zelos authors, and they will be kind enough to collaborate, we’ll make sure the issue is resolved in a prompt manner.
Thanks for your report, Gustavo!
Got it, I disabled the WPGlobus: Toggle ON however it automatically includes the tag {pt}, how do I not edit automatically hide the tags, it is possible?
thank you
Not sure I understand. Do you mean, there is {:pt} even when the WPGlobus is off? And even if you delete, it appears again?
It works in some sessions of the site, but does not work when shortcode use, but appears the language tag and can not hide, even disabling the WPGlobus post: OFF Toggle
Without that theme, I cannot help immediately, but I can assure you that we are working 24/7 to find all such issues. Hope to catch them all a.s.a.p.
Thanks again!
Note that this issue has been resolved in one of the recent updates:
Widget titles and texts translation is working, but requires manual input, like {:en}English Title{:}{:ru}Русский заголовок{:}
I am using the Cusomizr theme and the plugin Easy Testimonial
In my sidebar widget I can’t get rid of the {:nl}.
Everytime I delete it from the post, it automatically comes back after saving the changes.
Would appreciate some help.
Great plugin btw
Hello @gadogadogent, thanks for reporting this.
Just to confirm that we understood correctly:
In the Testimonials sidebar widget ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-testimonials/ ), you see the {:nl} mark, right?
Or is that in any other place of the Customizr theme ( https://wordpress.org/themes/customizr/ )?
take a look at http://gado-gado.gent/voorgerechten/ in the right sitebar.
I already activated another plugin but the problem remains the same.
Thanks for this ultrafast reaction 😉
