Keyphrase in subheading wrong

    I am using Yoast SEO. The plugin is telling me:

    “Keyphrase in subheading: More than 75% of your higher-level subheadings reflect the topic of your copy. That’s too much. Don’t over-optimize!”

    However, this is not true. I am only using my keyphrase in two subheadings and Yoast SEO is saying more than 75%!

    What is going on? I have checked the keyphrase I entered to be sure it’s correct and it is.

    Is your keyphrase multiple words? Are one or more of the words in the subheadings?

    Example keyphrase is blue football uniform. If a lot of your higher-level subheadings contain any one of the three words, you will see the warning.
