Just what I needed

Nice and easy, just what I was looking for. Too many plugins offer extremely complex and infinite functions. I just wanted a simple way to make customer’s satisfaction surveys and it works just as you expect. And you can export the results as a CVS, and that’s just perfect. There are some premium features for small stuff (like hiding the name of the plugin at the botton of the survey), but I don’t see those as important anyway.
