Juliet step by step needed

I’m not an IT savvy, coding is alien to me and the delete key can be scary! 🙁

Just installed Juliet but I’m struggling to setting up the website, cannot figure out how to create a drop down menu on my front page. I attempted creating a category (or was it a menu?) called mind+soul for the front page and I dont’t even know where it went 🙁

Overwhelmed by the minute and motivation dropping down, grateful if anyone could point me in the direction where to find a step by step video or tutorial so I can follow please? Does Juliet or Lyra Themes offers online help?

My aim is to have a front page just like the Juliet demo page. Any guidance will be indeed appreciated! Thank you in advance.
