Hi, I have test the fix you mention and it is works rather than use the current released plugin in wordpress directory. Now I use this fix on my running site. Thank you for this fix.
But there is still one problem I have in BadgeOS Achievement Type: Badges
I have the checkbox in Activity Posts:
“When a user earns any achievements of this type create an activity entry on their profile.”

It doesn’t post in their profile activity if they get the badges.

Yes it’s for fix mention above. When my members join specific group.. they got the badge that I already set.
For other type, I’m not tested it yet. Because I just need group badges function.
I’m glad this is the only achievement plugin can do that.

before I realized that you were discussing it here. I noticed that it works for some users but not for others and have found that it works for users with superadmin privileges but not for others (even just admin for the site that it was on). Obviously, this is not a fix, but maybe it will help with figuring out what the problem is? But I’d be curious to know if it’s just a problem with multisite or if it’s a problem for everyone.
If it’s specifically tied to the “join specific group” trigger, I wager most people haven’t even noticed since those changes aren’t widely distributed at the moment.
TNELN, those functions are definitely one way to handle user achievement management, but that’s for when dealing with the topic with code. If you visit the user’s profile in your WP Admin and scroll to the bottom of the page, you should see an achievement management section, via GUI. It’s not spectacular, and I want to get it improved in a future version, but it’ll work for the time being.
Yes issues is there. “Join Specific Group” is not working but join a groups works. Please fix :). I am using latest buddypress and wordpress

Well I have used old defalut badge, but it did not work for me. Can you please me know what is the steps to follow.
