“register_http_request_failed” when I try to connect to wordpress for jetpack
“An automated WordPress update has failed to complete – please attempt the update again now.”
Message at the top of my screen after trying to update to 3.5.2
also I have tried to download the file again and still no luck
other plugins:
8-tracks, stealth publish, soundcloud, Google Analyticator, Welcome to WordPress
Question on the Welcome to wordpress plugin. Do I even need that does it have any key features? or is it just a little getting to know wordpress plugin?
also im hosted from godaddy, and able to update via my admin page on godaddy but the message still is showing up
Should I be contacting the hosting site?
Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
