JavaScript hidden/sliding panels

Hi all

I want to put a hidden panel (containing a form) on a page, where the panel is revealed (or slid out) when the user pushes a button.

I’m guessing this needs JavaScript, but if there are any code examples of how I can achieve this it would be really appreciated, or perhaps there’s a plugin that provides the functionality I’m looking for?

Any pointers?
