JavaScript hidden/sliding panel

Hi all

I want to put a hidden panel (containing a form) on a page, where the panel is revealed (or slid out) when the user pushes a button.

I’ve seen plugins for sliding login panels that are fixed to the top or bottom of the page, but is there anything that will do what I need in the body of a page?

Any pointers?
