    Is it possible to pull the user profile image into the chat window? Also the chat window seems to get stuck when trying to toggle it for a second time, you’d have to refresh the page to re-authenticate for it to open.

    Great suggestion, let’s add this to our to-do list and release something hopefully in the not too distant future.

    About your problem them, would you write us at support@jabze.com, one of our staff member will help you though this and figure out if it’s a plug-in problem on our part, or a configuration issue on your side.
