If you see your posts, at least they aren’t lost.
I can only guess at what happened. My guess is that your developer modified Twenty-Eleven directly instead of creating a new theme or a child theme. When you updated the theme, it wiped out all of those changes. This is normal and unavoidable, but your developer should have known that. I think the part that was wiped out was your navigation, correct? Your pages are there ( http://www.tasteofkansascityfoodtours.com/cafe-gratitude/ ) but it is hard to find them. I’m still guessing. It is hard without knowing what the original site was like but I think that is at least part of it. Unfortunately, I don’t know how that menu was created. If it was hard-coded or used some custom script, it is probably gone and you would need to recreate it. Sorry. You can take a look at wp-admin->Appearance->Menus and see if there are any menus. If your menu is there, look for “Theme Locations” then reattach the menu using the select boxes.

Not sure what to do – if anything at all.
@jaynich1 – this thread is very outdated and it’s unlikely your issue is the same. Please start your own thread per http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Where_To_Post
