    Hello, there,

If you are talking about IIS, then unfortunately, no our plugin does not work out of the box. It needs to set some particular settings in the Apache htaccess file to provide a redirection for requests towards images, so that they are tunneled to a special script that our plugin provides. If one could write such a similar redirect for IIS then, perhaps it could work there as well.

However, if you are talking about Apache on Windows, then it should all work as expected and I would love to hear your issues and try to solve them.

    Cheers,
    Takis

    Hello, again,

I am very sorry, but IIS is beyond scope at the moment. We support the LAMP stack, which is the default for WordPress.

In theory, what needs to be done in IIS, is to redirect all requests for images to the Adaptive Images script. This is the file adaptive-images-script.php inside the plugin’s directory. But it would require someone with IIS knowledge to do this.

I wish I could have been more helpful here!

    Cheers,
    Takis
