Issuu Embed Flash

I am having issues with my embedded Issuu publication, link below: http://www.maconcarenet.org/c-a-r-e-newsletter/

The Issuu is displayed but you can’t “click to read”, it acts as though it’s going to pull it up but then crashes? Any ideas on how to correct this would be greatly appreciated!
