Issues with WooCommerce Bookings

I have been having a lot of issues with WooCommerce Bookings and the SG Optimiser on Mobile phones. Essentially, the calendar loading will freeze for returning visitors (on Mobile). So, once cached any pages containing the booking calendar will freeze with the AJAX loading icon overlaying the UI controls of the calendar.

I have tested 1). with a standard build (all plugins active, Astra theme installed etc.) and 2). with Storefront theme and no other plugins apart from SG Optimiser. The issue only seems to occur when the SG Optimiser is active. Even exlcuding the Shop, Cart and Checkout pages from the cache fails to resolve this. Again, this issue only seems to occur on mobile (particularly iPhone Safari users) and for returning visitors who have obviously cached previously, this is despite excluding the product pages that carry the booking calendar.
