I deactivate the plugin. And i will wait new version of a plugin to fix this Bug.
If anyone wishes to revert back to the previous version, you can download it from the “Developers” tab on the plugin home page: https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/better-wp-security.4.4.13.zip
I just reverted and installed older version but error is still there

If you are using a caching plugin, remember to empty your cache and then do a hard refresh in your browser. I did that and it cleared up for me.

I was referring to the plugin page (https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-wp-security/). However, I provided a direct link to version 4.4.13 in my previous post. There was no 4.4.14 released.
I forgot to mention I cleared cache in my post but I did. I will try the hard refresh though
Good day! I just replaced 2 files from older version >
class-itsec-core.php
class-itsec-lockout.php
everything works fine. try it.
p.s. don’t forget to make backup of this files!
I deactivated it and now my whole site is screwed up. Help! Any tips to restore my site?
Never mind, That was just Chrome being screwy. Works fine now in all 3 browsers. Firefox, Safari, and Chrome. Error message still there though even though plugin is deceived and cache cleared
