Issue with the plugin

    I’ve installed the shortcode on a page and all that shows up is a blank page with a blue circle at the top. It’s not a very complex site and everything is up to date. I don’t see any conflicts in the debugger. Can you please advise?

    Please note that the reason of the issue maybe the conflict between the plugin and the theme.
    Could you please try to change the theme of the webpage to see whether the issue may occur with some other theme too?
