Issue with Sorting

    Hi –

    I apologize… the site I’m working on isnt live so I have this in my hosts file: 166.62.92.101 deankarlan.com http://www.deankarlan.com
    this is the page: http://deankarlan.com/popular-writing/

    The sort doesnt seem to work, I read over the faq, and I do see jquery 1.2x instead of the latest being loaded, but I cant figure out how to disable that? I deleted the file int he filesystem, and then loaded up another migratej plugin, but that didn’t work either.
    I saw another thread you were talking about extra spaces in the data… I checked and mine doesn’t have it.
    When I do a sort, all fields are still shown.

    Hi,

    thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

    I checked your page, but can’t reproduce this issue. The sorting (and the ColumnFilterWidgets Extension) are working fine for me.

    (Now, there is the issue that the date column is sorting in the wrong order, but that’s because you are using a different date format. To have that sorted correctly, you will also need the TablePress Extension from https://tablepress.org/extensions/datatables-sorting-plugins/

    Thanks so much for the speedy reply.

    I’m not sure what fixed it… perhaps I was at PHP 7 and changing back to 5.x?

    Either way, I SUPER appreciate you went the extra mile to add the domain to your hosts file to take a look at my issue.
