Issue with sidebar text

Hey guys, I’m having a little problem with a few plugins and the way the text is showing up. It used to work fine but now the text on my shoutbox and reminder plugin don’t go up and down. It keeps on going. My site is thesexydr.com (don’t laugh at the sitename it was a joke between friends =) Any hints or ideas how to fix this would be fantastic. Thanks for listening!!!
