Hey @marv2,
I’m sorry to hear you’ve run into some bumps importing some products over to WooCommerce using WP All Import and Redis. In case you didn’t know, both of these products are not official WooCommerce plugins. While we won’t be able to assist you directly here, we can at least point you in the right direction.
The first thing I would do is to reach out to both of the plugin developers with your above support request to see if this is something they are aware of since it seems to be happening specifically within their products.
In the case you need a solution sooner than later, I’d recommend looking through our built-in Importer/Exporter CSV importer found in WooCommerce to see if that can’t help you get over the information you need.

Thank you for your reply Erica.
I have previously contacted the developer of the redis cache plugin, and he told me to contact Woocommerce as the issue most likely lies in how Woocommerce caches data. I think WP All Import is unrelated to this, as it is just the method I used to import the items. Is there anything you suggest I try?

Solved by de-activating and re-activating my plugins. Go figure.
Hey @marv2 – thanks for letting us know how you addressed that problem. Someone may be able to use this in the future! 🙂
If you are planning on continuing to use caching plugins, I recommend checking out the Configuring caching plugins documentation to ensure you’re set up properly and are good to go.
Hope this helps!
