Issue with “Publish/Update” button

Hi Support -I am having the same problem: after entering all the details relevant to the job opening , the publish button is not working.

When i click the publish button nothing happens…it used to work some months ago

Please make the next steps to make sure that there aren’t any plugin|theme conflict on your website and there are some errors on the JobBoardWP plugin side.- Activate WP_DEBUG to make sure there aren’t any PHP errors. Details are here.

- Open browser console log – details are here. And please check if there aren’t any JS errors.
Please let me know if you find the conflict reason or PHP|JS errors. You may share the screenshots or screencasts, but please use these forum guidelines and don’t share private information with the public. We will try to fix the issues as soon as possible if the reason is apparent and investigated.

Hi just came to say there is still an issue with this topic. The Publish button stops working after some time. Even though the console shows the action or request was successful… there were no errors
I managed to use a different admin account and it worked for two weeks then stopped just like the previous account (it feels like it is time based). Pressing the publish button does not work, this makes it difficult to schedule posts/jobs or publish them via admin side.
I found a hack where i now move the job drafts to pending mode, then i use the Approve text button to post at the scheduled times which i have to keep an eye on – this helps publish jobs on the admin side.
I thought it may be a cashing issue, i tested on different browsers, emptied my cache and it still did not help.

Is there possible on your side to make a small conflict test? I can recommend the way when you make the fresh install with only active JobBoardWP and WordPress native theme (e.g. Twenty-Twenty-Three) and make some debug tests (create/update jobs through wp-admin screen in your case). For 2 weeks and beyond, will the issue still exist on a clean install?
Just make sure that this installation is fresh and WP_DEBUG is enabled. I just want to understand if this problem depends on other active plugins or if I need to look for it inside JobBoardWP only.
