    The Page url Here but am able to tweak around with some css

    .sigma-parallax{
  background-attachment: fixed;
  background-repeat: no-repeat;
  background-position: 0px !important;
  padding: 0 10px !important;
}

    if you inspect the page element and disable the css about you will get a jumping scroll instead of smooth scroll.

    Since i have solve the problem am going to Mark the Problem as resolved
