Hi, the pro version of the plugin’s formatting works about 90% of the time but it randomly malfunctions and causes the title to appear under the image, not alight right with the image. The custom font also goes away. Sometimes if I go into the options for the specific list and hit ‘update’ it fixes it and sometimes if I change the font it also forces it to fix.

Hopefully I explained it well. I appreciate any help with this

The title goes under the image if its vertical space is larger than the height of the image. So the title flows around the image. Is that the effect you don’t want?

For 70% of the time the plugin works perfectly but sometimes the plugin malfunctions and it appears to lose its CSS formatting. to fix it i have to go back into the list settings and change some font settings which sometimes forces it to fix itself. i can send you a screenshot if you would like

(sorry its hard to explain easilly whats happening)

I understand what you mean. And I assume a reason. Does the formatting disappear after an upgrade of the plugin?

It seems to happen at random times, not when plugins are installed or upgraded.

All CSS statements for the post lists of this plugin are stored in a file “ultimate-post-list-public.css” in the plugin’s directory “public/css”. So the question is why that file disappears. I do not see a reason for that behaviour in the plugin.

I do not know what to do since you said it would appear randomly. I can say that the plugin is not the reason for that. Please contact the server administrator.
