Couple ideas, actually:
1. flush all your caches
2. your theme has some unoptimized images, and you need to run the Scan & Optimize on the Bulk Optimize page.
3. another plugin on your current site is generating images that are bypassing the EWWW IO plugin
Beyond that, it’s quite difficult to give you any direction without seeing your site.

The PageSpeed test shows a mix of images in the WP media library as well as some theme elements. Already ran your plugin for the library as well as ‘Optimize Everything Else’.
One random image that is listed in the Page Speed test:

Just confirmed that this was overwritten on the server when I did the optimization. But it’s still listed as needing ‘Losslessly compressing’ according to Google.
Really appreciate the detective work on this. Hopefully we can solve it together! Always good to improve things for the the benefit of the community. 🙂
Solved it. The images have metadata attached to them. Google expects this to be stripped, Yslow does not. It’s entirely up to you. Some people have no use for the metadata, some people won’t give it up for anything. I ran that one image without metadata stripping, and got No Savings. Ran it again WITH metadata stripping and saved 20%.

Very nice. Only one thing that was slightly inaccurate is when you mentioned the ‘force re-optimize’ function you said something about if it gets interrupted. If it DOES get interrupted (or you accidentally navigate away from the page), you can reload the bulk optimize page and there will be a Resume button to start right back where you left off.
Later on, you nailed it though when you mentioned that the ‘force’ option would be useful if someone optimized all their images, and then discovered the remove metadata feature, and wanted to re-optimize everything. Stuff like that is exactly why the force re-optimize option exists.

Ha, I am SURE that my tutorials have MANY inaccuracies, hahaha. But in the situation you mention, I found one site that kept getting stuck on the 45th image. Tried several times, so I used that button and then it worked.
Camtasia 2 for Mac. Super easy to edit with after recording, although it has some quirks that are a bit annoying. I edit with real apps as well, so kinda fun to play with it because its like playing with legos or something… simple stupid.

I already used the bulk optimizer option for optimize the media library and the everything else option too and I still have the same problem with the google pagespeed test it say i should optimize my images, they arent so many but i dont know what to do to fix that.
Ive two sites actually and both have still the same problem so I may be doing something wrong I guess

Paok, if you’ve successfully optimized everything in the Media Library, then something is putting pictures in the uploads/ folder without recording it in the WordPress database, so you need to put the full path to the uploads folder in Paths to Optimize on the EWWW IO settings, and then run the Scan & Optimize function on the Bulk Optimize page.
