Issue with C Panel restore error.

I was doing a C Panel restore, until I came across an error message. It seem I can’t attach a screenshot, so I will type the error message out..

“There was an error while performing this request”
“User **** may not have write access to the files being restored. cd / && tar
-C /backup2/cbackup/daily/sdbphoto/homedir -cf “ssl” | su – s/bin/bash sdbphoto -c ‘tar -C/home2/sdbphoto/ -xf – ‘failed:512 at (eval 16)line 56.”

Could anyone tell me what the error message means?
If not who do I need to contact to solve the issue?
