Issue installing Woocommerce plugin

    Hi, I am receiving this error below when trying to install WooCommerce. All of my software on the website is up to date, so I am unsure of the root cause. I am not a technical person, so any suport and help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,

    Can you please navigate to: WooCommerce > status > tools > update database, and then click verify database tables, too.

    If that does not work, please share a copy of your site’s System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. 

    Let us know how that goes.
