Is there a plugin that does this?

I have created a webpage: http://www.joinclarus.com

I am trying to create customized websites for our salespeople that have a custom header or sidebar with the salesperson’s name and picture but utilizes the rest of the content.

I need to be able to do this in 2 parts:
1) create a page for the header/sidebar for each sales person
2) be able to edit the rest of the content (as if it is a frame for each sidebar custom page)

I need to do this similar to the page below:

Any chance there is a plugin that does this? If not, is there an easy way to do this?
