Is Export XML file enough?

    I have a blog and i have wp on it. Now i want to move to a new server (Different company). Is only XML export file that we have in dashboard under the ‘Export’ tab is enough? or do i need the whole database from my current server.

    What does Export file actually contain. I doubt it because it is of only 2 Mb in file size (I have abt 350 posts and over 100 images). Does this 2 MB file have my themes and all such thing.
