irregular shaped menu items

    Hi,

    I’m trying to create a main navigation menu in wordpress like this.

    I’ve created irregular shaped buttons before using css and spans, but I’m looking to leave the site so that the client can add extra pages if they need to.

    Does anyone have any idea how I could fashion a list into something like the visual?
