I did check the issue on emulator not in physical devices and the logo isn’t showing. This behavior isn’t normal as I did, check our Ample theme demo site https://demo.themegrill.com/ample/ and it’s working fine and showing the logo in the iPhone emulator.
I’ll advise you to try deactivating the plugin one by one until the issue is resolved. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
P.S Try deactivating the plugins which were out of box alongside the theme.

Apologies, after a lot of research, it seems I needed to delete all stored data on my Safari app on my iPhone and restart.
It now works.
