Invoice sending plugin search

Hello! I’m using woocommerce for my e-shop and now i’m stuck trying to find a suitable plugin compatible with woocommerce, that makes the following: after the client proceeds to checkout and submits all the information (e.g. address, phone number, email etc.), we show a message, that our manager will contact the client soon in order to check the details of the order. At the same time, manager receives a notification email with order information. After the manager clears up all the details with the client, we manually send an email with payment link.
So basically I need a plugin that shows notification to the client and sends an email with order details to the manager.
If you know any suitable plugins, I’d appreciate any recommendations!
