    Hi,

    There is a possibility/option for my customer to ask an invoice on demand and not generate a invoice if the customer is not interested in ?

    Hi @pastekbe:

    You can configure the customer download behavior for the PDF invoices under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice > Allow My Account invoice download:

    One of the available options is “Always” which allow the customer to download the PDF invoices on demand.

    It always does generate an invoice. The main point is to avoid generate invoice if customer doesn’t want to – more easy for accountant. 🙂

    “Always” here means that the customer can generate an invoice always, if they want to, but the invoice will not be generated automatically, but just when they click on it under their “My account” page.

    That said, we have helped some customers, with a valid license for the Professional extension or Premium Templates, to add a custom select field in the checkout (with a third-party plugin) in which they ask their customers whether they want the PDF invoice or not: If they click en “Yes” the PDF invoice is available/generated, otherwise, it is disabled.
